If you are passionate about a meaningful mission, collaboration, equity, and generous perks, Perpay is the best place to be in Philadelphia right now.</p></div><h3>About the Role:</h3> <p>This is a hands-on Product Management internship for someone who wants to learn what it is actually like to be a PM at a fast-moving fintech company.</p> <p>This is not a large, structured internship program with a pre-defined “intern project.” Instead, you will be trained and treated like a junior product manager and embedded directly within our product teams. You will work alongside experienced Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to help define problems, ship product changes to production, and validate whether those changes are working.</p> <p>If you are looking for a real-world product experience, where your work can impact customers and the business, this role is for you!</p> <h3><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></h3> <p>During the internship, you will rotate across one or more product areas and contribute meaningfully to active product work. Responsibilities may include:</p> <ul> <li>Supporting Product Managers in discovery, planning, and execution of features and improvements</li> <li>Helping break down product ideas into clear requirements and user stories</li> <li>Participating in customer research, feedback synthesis, and insight generation</li> <li>Partnering with Design and Engineering to move work from idea to build to launch</li> <li>Helping track and analyze product metrics to understand impact after launch</li> <li>Writing and maintaining product documentation, including PRDs, specs, and decision docs</li> <li>Contributing to small-to-medium scoped product changes that may ship to production</li> </ul> <p>You will get exposure to the full product lifecycle, from identifying a problem to validating outcomes, rather than just one isolated task.</p> <h3><strong>What You Will Learn:</strong></h3> <p>By the end of the internship, you should have a clear understanding of:</p> <ul> <li>How real product teams operate day-to-day</li> <li>How to think through tradeoffs, scope decisions, and constraints</li> <li>How to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Risk, and Operations</li> <li>How to measure whether a product change actually worked</li> </ul> <p>What it feels like to own a problem, not just complete an assignment.</p> <h3><strong>What You'll Bring:</strong></h3> <p>We are open to strong undergraduates or early-career graduate students, especially those interested in Product Management, Technology, or Fintech.&nbsp;</p> <p>You might be a good fit if you:</p> <ul> <li>Are curious, thoughtful, and comfortable asking questions</li> <li>Enjoy breaking down ambiguous problems into structured thinking</li> <li>Communicate clearly in writing and conversation</li> <li>Are detail-oriented but can zoom out to understand the bigger picture</li> <li>Want real responsibility rather than a resume-only internship</li> <li>Are comfortable in fast-moving environments where things evolve quickly</li> </ul> <p><em>Prior PM experience is not required, but familiarity with product thinking, startups, or technology is a plus.
