A Day in the Life
Actualmente, el área de calidad para la gestión de proveedores en la organización de servicio y reparación necesitaurgentemente una persona para brindar soporte en las actividades administrativas relacionadas con los procesos de
calidad para "Americas Service Operations". Este apoyo permitirá a los empleados directos de Medtronic

Perfil:
Estudiante con conocimientos en herramientas básicas de gestión de la información, como Microsoft Office,
y nivel intermedio de inglés, con habilidad para comprender documentos y redactar correos electrónicos básicos.
Posee excelentes capacidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales.
Capaz de procesar información, participar en programas de mejora organizacional, coordinar actividades y apoyar
en los programas de gestión de proveedores. Se requiere buena gestión del tiempo para cumplir con los plazos
de entrega y realizar un seguimiento efectivo de los mismos.
Descripcion del cargo:
* Recolección de datos relacionados con el desempeño de calidad de los proveedores en los centros de servicio de
Americas.
* Seguimiento de los equipos solicitantes, afectados o relacionados con la lista de proveedores aprobados.
* Generación de informes mensuales y seguimiento a los responsables de las Solicitudes de Cambio de
Proveedores para asegurar un monitoreo constante de las métricas clave (KPI) relacionadas.
* Envío de informes y comunicaciones a las partes interesadas cuando se vean afectadas por un proveedor.
* Registro de acciones e iniciativas del equipo de calidad de proveedores para los centros de servicio en Americas.
* Generación del informe mensual requerido por parte del equipo de liderazgo en cuanto al proceso de gestión de
proveedores
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- This is a temporary position.
- Responsible for performing and supporting research for teams operating within a service group, product group and/ or project group.
- Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of non-technical projects as assigned.
- Provides analysis, reporting and internal communication services with team members.
- Develops knowledge of industry and organizational processes.

Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires no or little job knowledge of systems and procedures. 0 years of experience required. Baccalaureate degree enrollment or Master's degree admissions required. For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A). .
