Primary Purpose

Motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Interns with strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and interest in commercial strategy within the life sciences industry. As an intern, you will work alongside the Commercial team, supporting Business Development, Customer Success, and Commercial Operations through data analysis, CRM support, market intelligence, and reporting activities.

This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world commercial workflows, including pipeline tracking, sales operations, and market research, in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.


Responsibilities

· List those required to perform the job, including how to be performed and frequency performed

· Support data gathering, cleanup, and maintenance within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

· Assist with pipeline tracking, reporting, and commercial dashboards.

· Conduct account and market research to support Business Development and Customer Success teams.

· Extract and analyze data from external sources (e.g., Citeline, TrialTrove, public trial databases).

· Support inside sales activities such as target account lists, outreach preparation, and follow-ups.

· Assist with preparation of commercial trackers, summaries, and PowerPoint presentations.

· Apply analytical thinking to identify trends, gaps, and insights within commercial data.

· Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a structured, deadline-driven environment.


Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Management, Life Sciences or related field.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in Excel / SmartSheets.

· High attention to detail and data accuracy.

· Ability to follow structured processes and manage multiple tasks.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Eagerness to learn commercial processes in a life sciences environment.
