About the Role

Industrial Communications West is excited to offer an entry-level opportunity in our Fort Morgan warehouse. This hands-on position is perfect for individuals eager to learn the fundamentals of warehouse operations, supply chain and inventory systems in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and operate our inventory systems with guidance from experienced staff
  • Assist in receiving shipments and verifying materials
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Pick and pack products for delivery
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through system transactions
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Support product delivery and staging for outbound shipments
  • Other responsibilities & duties are subject to change to meet business needs as seen fit by the management staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Must have the ability to lift up to fifty pounds, push, pull, stoop, bend and stand for extended periods of time 
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft office inventory software a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Effective communication and teamwork
  • Ability to maintain certification to operate a forklift, and pallet jack (must be 18 years old)
  • Ability to successfully pass criminal background, MVR check, pre-employment drug screen
