We are growing our team and looking for motivated interns interested in learning and growing with us.</p> <hr data-start="1086" data-end="1089"> <h2 data-start="1091" data-end="1102">THE ROLE</h2> <p data-start="1104" data-end="1406">As a <strong data-start="1109" data-end="1136">Fleet Management Intern</strong>, you will support regional fleet operations and assist in managing a group of local depots. This internship provides hands-on exposure to fleet management processes, contributing to fleet availability, vehicle quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.</p> <p data-start="1408" data-end="1688">You will support the execution of end-to-end fleet management processes, including vehicle management, supplier coordination, inventory control, logistics, and close collaboration with local operations teams, ensuring procedures are followed and service quality standards are met.</p> <p data-start="1690" data-end="1894">Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director, you will work closely with regional colleagues and local teams, gaining practical experience and contributing to operational results.</p> <hr data-start="1896" data-end="1899"> <h2 data-start="1901" data-end="1926">WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?</h2> <ul data-start="1928" data-end="2729"> <li data-start="1928" data-end="2034"> <p data-start="1930" data-end="2034">Support the execution and improvement of fleet and asset management procedures defined by central teams;</p> </li> <li data-start="2035" data-end="2167"> <p data-start="2037" data-end="2167">Assist in maximizing fleet availability through support in vehicle in-fleeting, intervention follow-up, and de-fleeting processes;</p> </li> <li data-start="2168" data-end="2286"> <p data-start="2170" data-end="2286">Help ensure local depots are stocked with the required inventory and assist with spare parts purchasing when needed;</p> </li> <li data-start="2287" data-end="2403"> <p data-start="2289" data-end="2403">Learn about the vehicles operated by Indie Campers and support local teams with vehicle-related operational tasks;</p> </li> <li data-start="2404" data-end="2487"> <p data-start="2406" data-end="2487">Assist in coordinating vehicle movements with local teams and logistics partners;</p> </li> <li data-start="2488" data-end="2581"> <p data-start="2490" data-end="2581">Support the development and maintenance of relationships with workshops and fleet partners;</p> </li> <li data-start="2582" data-end="2668"> <p data-start="2584" data-end="2668">Help monitor vehicle operating costs and support basic data analysis for the region;</p> </li> <li data-start="2669" data-end="2729"> <p data-start="2671" data-end="2729">Contribute to regional improvement and expansion projects.</p> </li> </ul> <hr data-start="2731" data-end="2734"> <h2 data-start="2736" data-end="2762">WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</h2> <ul data-start="2764" data-end="3384"> <li data-start="2764" data-end="2890"> <p data-start="2766" data-end="2890">Student or recent graduate in Transport Management, Fleet Management, Mechanics, Engineering, Operations, or similar fields;</p> </li> <li data-start="2891" data-end="2947"> <p data-start="2893" data-end="2947">Proactive and eager to learn, with a hands-on mindset;</p> </li> <li data-start="2948" data-end="3021"> <p data-start="2950" data-end="3021">Organized and analytical, with interest in data-driven decision-making;</p> </li> <li data-start="3022" data-end="3088"> <p data-start="3024" data-end="3088">Detail-oriented and comfortable following structured procedures;</p> </li> <li data-start="3089" data-end="3153"> <p data-start="3091" data-end="3153">Team player, able to collaborate with central and local teams;</p> </li> <li data-start="3154" data-end="3220"> <p data-start="3156" data-end="3220">Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced operational environment;</p> </li> <li data-start="3221" data-end="3307"> <p data-start="3223" data-end="3307">Good communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external partners;</p> </li> <li data-start="3308" data-end="3342"> <p data-start="3310" data-end="3342">Fluency in English is mandatory;</p> </li> <li data-start="3343" data-end="3384"> <p data-start="3345" data-end="3384">Fluency in German or Italian is a plus.</p> </li> </ul> <hr data-start="3386" data-end="3389"> <p data-start="3391" data-end="3424"><strong data-start="3391" data-end="3424">Are you ready to Go Indie? 🚐</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
