Join a <strong>driven</strong>&nbsp;organization that is a&nbsp;<strong>compassionate</strong>&nbsp;leader in helping people living with chronic illnesses live better lives with at-home therapy devices.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">In this 11-week internship program, our Instructional Design intern will join other interns to start out in our corporate headquarters campus in Minneapolis, MN for the first three days to learn from leaders across the entire organization. Our leaders will walk through how each of Tactile Medical's <strong>collaborative</strong>&nbsp;teams identify patients, provide them with care, and ensure their lives are improved. We will provide an exclusively&nbsp;<strong>transparent</strong>&nbsp;view on how we at Tactile&nbsp;<strong>embrace change</strong> by proactively innovating our products, processes, and challenge each other.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">After the first three days on campus, the Instructional Design intern is paired with a mentor on the team to dive into their internship focus. You will be given an authentic experience by working through real development of educational content and contributing to meaningful projects. On the final day, all our interns will return to campus to present their accomplishments and celebrate on how they made a direct impact on helping people live a better quality of life.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">The Instructional Design Intern will support the development of high-quality, learner centered educational resources that enable operational excellence across the field teams within the organization. The intern will work with the Sales and Patient Education Instructional Design team gaining hands-on experience in content development, SME collaboration, LMS workflow, and adult learning application. This role provides meaningful work, guided development, and exposure to a full design cycle in a corporate medical device environment.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Program Details:</strong></span></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in;"> <li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">11-week program, first three days and the last day at our Minneapolis corporate office (weeks of 6/1/26-8/10/26)</span></li> <li style="margin-bottom: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Responsibilities</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Assist in the creation of education content in multiple platforms (primarily Articulate Storline &amp; Rise, and Adobe Express)</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Follow established formatting, branding, and documentation standards for all created materials</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Partner with Subject Matter Experts to collect content and confirm accuracy</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Contribute to the drafting of learning objectives, content outlines, and curriculum structure for assigned learning projects</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Conduct quality assurance reviews on draft materials to ensure instructional clarity, consistency and usability</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Support LMS content loading, publishing and basic testing of uploaded courses</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: calibri, sans-serif;">Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment sponsorship, now or at any time in the future</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;
