About the Role

Description

Public Relations (PR) Intern

The PR Intern supports our public relations and communications team across a variety of client initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to PR strategy, content development, media relations, and social media — while working alongside experienced PR professionals in a fast-paced agency environment.

A Day in the Life: PR Intern

Each day starts with checking in on what’s happening across clients and campaigns. You might begin by reviewing media relations, helping draft content, or assisting with research for an upcoming PR initiative.

Throughout the day, you’ll work closely with the PR team — sitting in on meetings, supporting social media and content planning, and learning how strategic communications decisions are made. You may help refine messaging, track deadlines, or prepare materials that support client storytelling.

There’s built-in time to learn and ask questions, whether that’s understanding how media outreach works, getting feedback on writing, or seeing how PR connects with broader marketing efforts. By the end of the summer, you’ll have a strong foundation in public relations, hands-on experience with real client work, and a clearer picture of what a career in PR looks like.

About You

You’re curious about public relations, storytelling, and how brands show up in the world. You enjoy writing, researching, and thinking about how messages land with different audiences. You’re organized, eager to learn, and excited to get hands-on experience in PR, media relations, and strategic communications.
