What You’ll Do

We are a wealth management practice seeking a motivated and dependable Marketing Intern to support our Senior Marketing Manager. This role is ideal for an early‑career college student who wants to gain hands-on, real-world marketing experience in a professional setting. Because our marketing team works across a wide range of projects, we’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Social media content creation and scheduling
• Creating simple graphics and video for use on social media
• Updating data and organizing spreadsheets
• Assisting in writing and designing emails and newsletter
• Helping with preparation for marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Supporting planning, preparing for, and post-mortem for events
• Use WordPress to update website with new blog content

What You’ll Bring

• Currently enrolled college student (Sophomore or Junior preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with Windows OS and the Microsoft Suite
• Comfortable asking questions and communicating when help or clarification is needed
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms. Specifically, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
• Strong knowledge or Canva, Adobe Express, or Adobe Photoshop (any one is sufficient, but at least one is required)

• Interest in marketing, communications, or branding
• Willingness to assist with occasional in-person events in the Chicago area
• Desire to gain hands-on experience in a small-company environment

What We Offer

• Remote Position (Chicago Area Preferred)
• Part-Time 2-5 hours per week.
• Base hourly compensation of $18
