The HR Business Partner Intern is a virtual role (i.e., work from home) that will assist our HR Business Partner team in managing people programs that drive business results across Flexera functions.

This is an 8 week paid virtual summer internship (June 8 - August 7).  Full time preferred but flexible given the virtual nature of the program.

The role will:

  • Work closely with Global HRBP Team to support the People Strategy, which will include project work,  data analytics and coming up with creative ideas
  • Support the bi-annual engagement survey by analyzing results and creating action plans
  • Provide support and coaching to managers and employees on HR tools and processes
  • Help with administration of HR programs, like offboarding/exit interviews, recognition programs, talent management and leadership development programs.
  • Help us maintain Flexera as a great place to work by offering up creative ideas and solutions to make it better!

Who you are:

  • Seeking a Bachelor's degree in HR, or similar area  
  • You have a high level of curiosity and ability to critically think about problems and solutions
  • A creative mind that likes to innovate
  • You look for something to do instead of being told what is next
  • You return the shopping cart to its designated spot
  • Able to get things done in a virtual environment
  • Highly self-motivated and resourceful
  • Proficiency in all MS Office Applications including- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, as part of our summer intern program, interns will participate in:

  • Group project and exposure to Flexera leaders.
