Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the correct registration of fixed assets
  • Control of fixed asset movements (Transfers, disposals, additions)
  • Supervise the application of policies and procedures
  • Preparation of reports with reliable and timely information
  • Run depreciation
  • Preparation of month-end reportsIdentify improvements to Fixed Assets processes
  • In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by hissupervisor that are essentially related to his duties.

Your Qualifications

  • Administration / Accounting degree
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
  • Desirable knowledge in SAP EP1, sub module Fixed Asset
  • Proactive, Communicative
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Knowledge in MS office applications with strong Excel skills.
