Position

Program Overview:
Rockefeller Capital Management offers a distinctive Summer Analyst Program experience as a premier independent financial advisory firm. Our diversified businesses, boutique size, and entrepreneurial culture shape a dynamic, personalized experience for our Analysts.

Our Summer Analyst program is a ten-week (June-August) internship program designed to provide an opportunity to experience the culture and atmosphere of Rockefeller Capital Management. Summer Analysts will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of the business providing opportunities to learn, grow, and excel.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria:
To be eligible for consideration, students must be in their sophomore year and in good standing at their school. Prospective Summer Analysts should have an interest in the financial services industry and be eager to learn and make an impact.

 

Position:
Rockefeller Capital Management’s Global Investment Banking business is seeking a Summer Analyst to support the team during the summer of 2027. As part of the Global Investment Banking team, the Analyst will have the opportunity to work on a variety of strategic advisory assignments, including sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions; divestitures and spin-off engagements; capital-raising; special committee engagements; direct investments; and, more broadly, evaluation of strategic alternatives.


Responsibilities

  • Performing financial analysis and financial modeling, utilizing various valuation techniques
  • Drafting of materials for client meetings
  • Preparation of memoranda for internal and external use
  • Conducting financial and other business-related research
  • Coordinating complex and often time-sensitive processes
  • Active involvement in client-facing situations
  • Assistance in the execution of transactions

Qualifications

  • High school degree required
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Knowledge and experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and various financial databases

Compensation Range

The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $48/hour. Hourly rate for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown.
