As part of the 2026 cohort, you’ll join a diverse community of future leaders working to shape the future of diagnostics, biopharmaceutical lab services, corporate functions, and healthcare delivery.</p><p></p><p><b>Ready to make a difference? </b>Apply now to launch your career and create real impact for patients worldwide. <b>#FutureofLabcorp</b></p><p></p><p><b>Labcorp</b> has an opportunity for a talented student Software QA Engineer/Test Automation Engineer to join a motivated and productive team in delivering enterprise-level solutions.  The student intern will continue to develop technical programming skills building test automation scripts for UI and API services using automation tools like Selenium, RestAssured and programming/scripting languages like Java/Python, etc. The student will perform manual testing to understand the application workflow and convert those into automated test scripts. Create and maintain automated test scripts in defined repository, integrate scripts into the continuous delivery pipeline and provide output reporting for test execution runs. Manage and organize test data and perform data analysis.</p><p><br /><b>Education and Experience Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (or higher) or equivalent in a technical (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or science related discipline.</li><li>Completed technical course work in computer science, software development, engineering or technical related field.</li><li>Ability to apply technical programming languages and scripting to validate software applications.</li><li>Ability to understand technical concepts and translate those into actionable programming functions.</li><li>Understanding of the technical aspects of software development lifecycle and processes.</li><li>Familiar with backend database platforms.</li><li>Support team members and engage with external teams to complete project deliverables.</li><li>This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>General skills (required):</b></p><ul><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Strong analytical skills and organizational skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a team setting</li><li>Experience automating various application types (mainframe, web-based, client/server, COTS, services, etc.).</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Application Window: 1/23/26 - 2/6/26</b></p><p><b>Pay Range: $22-$25/hr</b></p><p>All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. </p><p></p><p><b>Benefits: </b>Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
