Role Overview 

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Intern to support our Business Development team by automating, optimizing, and streamlining internal processes. This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, sales, and trading, acting as a key technical bridge between commercial teams and technical workflows. 

You will work closely with stakeholders across sales, trading, and product to identify inefficiencies, design automation solutions, and leverage modern tools including AI and LLMs to improve productivity and decision making. 

This is an ideal role for someone passionate about technology-driven products, fintech, data, and applied AI who wants hands-on experience building real solutions that directly impact revenue and operations. 

This is a part-time fixed-term role (2 months, possibility to extend). 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the Business Development team by identifying, designing, and implementing automation and process optimization solutions 
  • Act as a technical bridge between sales, trading, and product, translating business needs into scalable workflows and tools 
  • Build and maintain scripts, dashboards, or integrations to streamline reporting, deal tracking, and operational processes 
  • Leverage AI tools, LLMs, and context-aware systems to improve internal productivity, data analysis, and workflow automation 
  • Collaborate with product managers to document requirements, user flows, and technical solutions 
  • Assist in maintaining and improving internal tools such as CRMs, ticketing systems, and knowledge bases 
  • Document processes, experiments, and learnings clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
  • Continuously evaluate new tools and technologies that can enhance automation and operational efficiency 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field 
  • Coding experience in one or more of the following: Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar programming languages 
  • Experience or strong interest in process optimization, automation, or workflow design 
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, and CRMs like HubSpot or similar platforms 
  • Strong interest in technology-driven products, fintech, trading, or data-intensive platforms 
  • Demonstrated experience or hands-on projects using context-aware AI systems, LLMs, or AI-driven automation to increase productivity 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and commercial teams 

Preferred / Desirable Experience 

  • Experience building internal tools, scripts, or integrations 
  • Exposure to APIs, data pipelines, or cloud platforms 
  • Understanding of sales operations, trading workflows, or financial products 
  • Previous internship or project experience in product, engineering, or operations 

Location and Right to work: We are hiring for our London office with the expectation of the candidate being on-site for min. 2 days a week. Only candidates who live within commutable distance to Central London and who possess the pre-existing right to work in London without requiring company sponsorship need apply.
