The Business HR Intern will support:

  • Execution of Venezuela’s CSSL (Comité de Salud y Seguridad Laboral) business plan and support Chevron employee networks
  • Promotion of health, safety and wellness at work in partnership with Medical
  • To update CSSL processes and forms
  • To unify and align criteria regarding templates, programs and plans on each location

To document and track:

  • The initiatives and efforts made by the CSSL and networks in three locations (Caracas, Maracaibo, Barcelona)
  • The correct processes and forms to use during the business plan
  • To develop a communicational/educational campaign
  • To promote health, safety and wellness at work approach

Required Qualifications:

  • Regular Students of Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields in their final years of university.
  • Experience in managing social networks.
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience with solid knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Oral and written skills are essential. English knowledge is preferable.

The intern will acquire competence and knowledge regarding health, safety and wellness at work and how they are implemented in three different locations and how they are integrated into a world class company.

Location: Caracas, Venezuela

Relocation Options: 

Relocation will not be considered. 

 

International Considerations: 

Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
