Job Description

Rakuna is looking for a motivated and hands-on Junior S&M Executive to support our growth:

Scope of work:

1.1. Sales Development (70%)

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, and support our Account Executive at events).

  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential customers, ensuring smooth handoffs to. The Sales team.

  • Craft personalized outreach messages and sequences to engage with recruiting leaders.

  • Conduct research on target accounts and industries to support outreach strategies.

  • Follow up on leads to secure product demos.

 1.2.  Marketing & SEO Support (30%)

  • Support the Digital Marketing team with tasks such as: 

  • Optimizing SEO on the WordPress Platform and obtaining backlinks 

  • Writing content such as blog posts & newsletters, social media posts

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken); able to craft clear, professional, and persuasive communication;

  • Persistence, resilience, and a strong work ethic;

  • Quick to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Development, lead generation, or a related role (SaaS or HR tech experience preferred);

  • Previous experience in lead outreach or pipeline-building activities;

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive;

  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies in the North American market is a plus.

  • Performance-based and negotiable salary that heavily depends on your skills (more details to be given during interviews)

  • Lunch Allowance: 30,000 VND/day

  • Own creative freedom, wear multiple hats, and work on a wide variety of exciting projects
