Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Intern to join our APAC IT team (excluding China & Japan). This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI training, data and analytics, and IT operations initiatives that support BD’s digital transformation journey across the region.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities


AI Training & Enablement

Assist in preparing and curating datasets for AI/ML model training.
Support testing and validation of AI-driven tools and solutions.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to document AI workflows and best practices.

Data & Analytics

Work on data preparation, cleansing, and visualization for business insights.
Support development of dashboards and reports using BD-approved tools.
Assist in analyzing trends and patterns to enable data-driven decision-making.

IT Operations Initiatives

Contribute to process improvement projects within IT operations.
Assist in monitoring and reporting IT service performance metrics.
Support implementation of automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.


Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
Strong interest in AI/ML technologies, data analytics, and IT operations.
Familiarity with tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, or similar is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
