Responsibilities


  • Assisting with agreement data clean-up, validation, and quote generation
  • Preparing draft documentation and standardized templates
  • Coordinating inputs from internal stakeholders and managing outbound marketing communications
  • Contact businesses by telephone to promote repair & calibration services
  • Assist customer questions about services offering
  • Provide quotation to customer upon customer request
  • Record customer feedback including reaction to the service offered
  • Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent fields
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
