Responsibilities
- Assisting with agreement data clean-up, validation, and quote generation
- Preparing draft documentation and standardized templates
- Coordinating inputs from internal stakeholders and managing outbound marketing communications
- Contact businesses by telephone to promote repair & calibration services
- Assist customer questions about services offering
- Provide quotation to customer upon customer request
- Record customer feedback including reaction to the service offered
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent fields
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
