Job Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: 
-Collect, clean, and analyze operational and project-related data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Project Support:
- Assist project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
- Prepare documentation, meeting notes, and presentations for stakeholders.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Support UAT activities by preparing test cases, executing tests, and documenting results.
• Continuous Improvement (Kaizen):
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose practical solutions.
- Implement simple Kaizen initiatives under guidance to enhance efficiency.
• Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of transformation projects.

 

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and Excel VBA is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
