Das erwartet dich

  • Candidate Sourcing: Du bist hauptverantwortlich für das Recruiting des Engineering Teams in unserem neuen Logistik Center in Berlin - findest in kurzer Zeit viele passende KandidatInnen, begleitest sie durch den gesamten Recruitingprozess und bist ihre erste Ansprechperson.
  • Aufbau des Kandidatenpools: Du baust einen soliden Pool an KandidatInnen auf, die Picnic mit Begeisterung voranbringen wollen.
  • Innovative Recruiting-Strategien: Du bringst deine innovativen Ideen und vorherigen Erfahrungen ein, um neue Talente zu finden - deiner Fantasie sind hier keine Grenzen gesetzt!
  • Employer Branding: Denke über den Tellerrand hinaus: Was kann Picnic, was andere Unternehmen nicht können? Was für Initiativen können wir im Recruiting noch starten, die die besten Talente von uns überzeugen?

Das bringst du mit

  • Du bist aktuell in deinem Studium in einem relevanten Bereich und suchst ein Vollzeit-Praktikum (Pflicht- oder freiwilliges Praktikum)
  • Du hast idealerweise schon erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting oder einem ähnlichen Bereich gesammelt und weißt, wie man Talente findet und begeistert.
  • Du kannst Menschen begeistern, kommunizierst souverän mit KandidatInnen und internen Stakeholdern und behältst dabei immer den Überblick.
  • Du gehst die Dinge proaktiv an und hast keine Angst vor dem Unbekannten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse 
  • Du bist bereit, vier bis fünf Tage pro Woche in unserem brandneuen Büro in Düsseldorf zu arbeiten
