Student in People Service Centre

 

We are looking for a Student to join People Service Centre. This is an opportunity for you to be responsible for a variety of tasks within processes through the whole employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through employment and payroll data administration to offboarding. You will liaise with recruiters, hiring managers and other colleagues, seated in the Nordics countries, as well as in Poland.

About our team

 

You’ll join People Service Centre team where you’ll play a valuable role in assuring that all candidate and employee queries are taken care of.

 

Main responsibilities in this role: 

  • Supporting recruitment and learning administration (reviewing and assigning recruitment projects, proofreading and publishing job ads, administration of e-learning courses, scheduling online and onsite classes etc.)
  • Processing employment & payroll data (preparing and archiving employment documents, registering data in HR system, preparing data reports, registering changes in employment based on a request etc.)
  • Gaining knowledge & experience in SuccessFactors, Excel, SharePoint & other MS Office elements
  • Liaising with Group People colleagues and other stakeholders based in the Nordic countries, and locally in Poland
