Time Frame: June 2, 2026 – August 7, 2026

This position is paid, but not eligible for benefits such as medical, relocation, or housing.

Position Summary: Levy’s On-Deck Summer Internship is a 10-week, project-based program with a focus on improving business operations on a strategic and multifunctional level. Interns will be exposed to Levy’s unique culture, personal and professional development workshops, and standards of service at Levy’s Home Office in Chicago, IL. This summer internship program is offered to full-time college students interested in a career in hospitality, sports and entertainment, or data analytics. Upon successful completion of the On-Deck program, interns have the potential to receive a full-time, entry-level position post-graduation.

Key Responsibilities:

On- Deck Interns will work independently or in a partnership/group on their 10-week project and will follow a structured curriculum presenting their findings to Levy Leadership at the conclusion of the summer. Professionalism, time management, problem solving, and eagerness to learn are expectations of each intern. The talent acquisition intern responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

The intern will assist with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant data, and supporting recruiting projects. This is a great opportunity to learn talent acquisition in a high-volume, people-focused organization.

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities
• Assist with candidate sourcing and outreach
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring teams
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking data
• Help with recruiting projects and hiring initiatives

Skills/Qualifications:

• Interest in recruiting, HR, or hospitality
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
