The intern will have the opportunity to see how Goldenvoice operates behind the scenes while supporting the accounting team in various account reconciliations and variance analysis for its venues.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enter artist settlement documents and support account reconciliations.</li> <li>Process Accounts Payable submissions and generate reports (e.g., Hubble exports).</li> <li>Assist with special event settlements and month‑end data entry.</li> <li>Perform administrative tasks</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Passion for live entertainment</li> <li>Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, Data Analysis, etc.</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel) and Smartsheet preferred</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and communication skills</li> <li>Strong communication and time management skills</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure</li> <li>Desire to learn more about the entertainment industry</li> <li>The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week during the spring.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work on increasingly challenging and engaging real-world projects</li> <li>Work closely with experienced team members who coach and provide mentorship</li> <li>Attend meetings, events, and other networking opportunities</li> </ul> <p><strong>Intern Perks</strong></p> <ul> <li>Corporate networking</li> <li>Resume review with the AEG Talent Acquisition team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pay Scale:&nbsp;</strong>$19.00 - $21.00</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Los Angeles (On-Site)</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Bonus:&nbsp;</span></strong><em><span data-contrast="auto">This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.</span></em>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong><em><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Part-time: This position is not eligible for benefits.</em></p> <p>AEG reserves the right to change or modify the employee’s job description, whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship.
