<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong>AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our Global Partnerships teams focusing on B2B partner activations and media. The intern will gain hands-on experience and exposure to partnership contractual elements and activations, digital marketing, and media campaigns.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p><strong> Partnership Activations </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide support with developing client relationships and retaining existing accounts.</li>
<li>Assist onsite for venues or festivals for the Global Partnerships team.</li>
<li>Update client-facing documents such as event calendars and trackers.</li>
<li>Assist in building business presentation decks, briefs, recaps, and reports.</li>
<li>Perform administrative tasks as assigned.</li>
<li>Attend weekly, quarterly, and bi-annual partner meetings.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field</li>
<li>Desire to learn more about the entertainment industry</li>
<li>Interest in Marketing, Sales, Events, Hospitality or Business</li>
<li>Desire to learn more about partnerships and sponsorships</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong communication and time management skills</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment</li>
<li>Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred</li>
<li>The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week during the fall.</li>
