Join The Back Room as a Marketing Intern—work remote or onsite, gain hands-on experience, and learn the latest in AI-driven marketing.

You’ll collaborate with a creative, supportive team and take part in real campaigns across New Zealand, Australia, the US, and the UK. From social media and events to webinars and content creation, you’ll get to learn by doing—and make an impact from day one.

 

Job Description 1. Content Creation Support

·       Repurposing content (turning long-form pieces or webinars into bite-sized posts).

·       Creating visual assets (basic Canva skills).

·       Sourcing or organizing photo/video content.

2. Content Scheduling & Community Management

·       Engaging with comments and messages to maintain community presence.

3. Campaign Coordination

·       Assisting with timelines, checklists, and follow-ups for ongoing campaigns.

·       Collecting creative assets, testimonials, or UGC from team members.

4. Webinar/Event Support

·       Preparing visuals, slide decks, or assets needed for the event.

5. Research & Insights

·       Researching trends, hashtags, and content ideas.

6. Administrative & Organizational Tasks

·       Keeping shared drives/folders organized with content assets.

·       Updating calendars, campaign trackers, and asset databases.

·       Supporting cross-functional coordination (e.g., with design or sales).
