Job Description

- Support lead generation activities by preparing prospect lists and maintaining lead databases

- Identify trends, early warning signals for churn, and potential upsell indicators based on data analysis

- Support ad-hoc data requests and performance reviews

- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather required information for reporting and analysis

Job Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, basic data analysis)
  • Business Administration
  • Basic understanding of sales or customer lifecycle concepts
  •  Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with data
  • English, Mandarin, Malay
