Job Description

This role exists to ensure timely and effective handling of social media interactions, supporting the brand’s digital presence and customer experience.

Accountabilities: 

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and questions across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) using our brand tone and SOPs.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Meta AI) to assist in crafting responses.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to the relevant internal teams.
  • Identify trending topics or FAQs and share insights with the digital team.
  • Assist in writing captions, editing visuals, and creating simple content using Canva or similar tools.
  • Use AI tools to brainstorm ideas, generate drafts/contents, or enhance visuals.
  • Contribute to mini-projects such as thematic content series or engagement experiments.
  • Support live digital events by moderating chats, answering questions, and assisting with basic tech setup (camera, mic, streaming software).
  • Help collect and organize engagement data during events.
  • Compile weekly reports on social media interactions.
  • Maintain a content archive and update the FAQ database.
  • Support documentation of digital activities and learnings.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Previous internship or project experience in digital marketing and social media
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite)
  • Interest in digital marketing, content creation, and customer engagement
  • Experience with AI tools for content creation
  • Experience in managing day-to-day social media activities, including posting, scheduling, and responding to comments/messages across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with key performance indicators such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, response time, and follower growth. Ability to interpret these metrics to assess content performance and engagement quality.
