Job Responsibilities:

  • Learn and assist with the operational activities of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Support the daily operations of the MGM Recruitment Center, including scheduling and coordinating interviews, handle candidate’s inquiries via recruitment hotlines
  • Input and maintain accurate applicant data in the HR system, including employment offers, visa documentation, and personal information, etc.
  • Coordinate with other HR functional teams on Talent Acquisition-related matters and initiatives
  • Support the planning and executing recruitment events such as career fairs, recruitment days, and other hiring campaigns
  • Understand and apply MGM HR policies and procedures, and how they integrate with the HR database and systems
  • Complete assigned tasks and contribute to HR projects as needed
  • Work closely with local and overseas labor agencies to talent sourcing, application screening, working visa documentation, etc
  • Assist in Pre-onboarding induction programs and related procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders

  • The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed
