Job Responsibilities:

  • Install and support IT equipment like PCs, laptops, printers, thin clients and monitors

  • Install and support standard office applications like Microsoft Office, Adobe products, corporate casino, hotel and back-of-house applications on PCs/laptops

  • Provisioning of user accounts in accordance with the Logon Service Request (LSR) procedures

  • Systems/Servers/Network Monitoring and identify the problems with the alarms/incidents shown and escalate the problem to management or 2nd level support

  • Provide first level telephone support for technical questions and issues

  • Reset user’s password and update user's configuration

  • Experience with technical skill on supporting and trouble-shooting problems with PCs/laptops/printers/thin clients/monitors

  • Experience with technical skill on supporting and trouble-shooting problems with office applications like Microsoft Office, Adobe Products

  • Self-motivate and willing to learn

Job Requirements:

  • Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders

  • The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed
