Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of assigned projects & activities to cope with the HR events (C&B projects & initiatives, onboarding programs, recruitment events, etc.)

• Assist with the daily administration and operations of onboarding & related HR functions

• Assist in the contract signing sessions and onboarding tasks

• Assist in the planning and execution of engagement program for new hires

• Liaise with related departments/ teams to carry out HR related tasks

• Handle HR documents & information in a confidential manner

• Perform other job-related duties with the team

Job Requirements:

• Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders

• The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed
