Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, personalized service while promoting, booking and confirming reservations for room and transportation for all segments
  • Promote return business by expressing the company’s philosophy of hospitality in all customer interactions
  • Demonstrate a complete working knowledge of all room types, room amenities and general knowledge of MGM MACAU and MGM COTAI, ensuring considerable cross-sales potential between outlets, including all Food and Beverage outlets and Spa
  • Perform all duties in accordance with MGM MACAU and MGM COTAI’s policies and within the realm of MGM MACAU and MGM COTAI’s Mission Statement

Job Requirements:

  • Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders

  • The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed
