Job Responsibilities:

  • Within this program, you will experience a journey from a general staff to a middle management level. Including familiarization in operations department in front of house area as well as administration work in back of house area. This rotation will lead to have a better understanding on your career path and identify on your strength and interest.
     

    Throughout the 6 months internship, there will be an experienced mentors to walk through with you and guide you to success on each role. Aside from buddy training system, interns will join monthly company event and attend training courses provided by HR to discover a greater you.

Job Requirements:

  • Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders

  • The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed
