About the Role

Job Summary

Brief Overview

This role supports the design and implementation of the career rotation and mobility project within the Human Resources function. The role focuses on enabling structured internal career rotation and mobility, skill development, and cross‑functional movement. The role works closely with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders to deliver an effective and scalable career rotation and mobility framework.

 

Learning Objectives

The intern will gain hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end career rotation and mobility programme design and execution. This includes exposure to internal talent movement frameworks, role pathways, and workforce capability planning. The intern will learn how to:

  • Design and operationalise career rotation and mobility frameworks and employee pathways
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify rotation and mobility opportunities and skill gaps
  • Develop employee‑centric tools, guides, and communications to support career conversations
  • Track rotation and mobility metrics and analyse programme outcomes to inform decision‑making

The intern will gain strong exposure to strategic talent management, workforce planning, and organisational development practices.

Job Responsibilities

Programme Design & Coordination

  • Support the design and rollout of the SGX career rotation and mobility framework, including eligibility criteria, governance, and employee journeys
  • Develop templates, guides, and process documents to support internal moves, job rotations, and stretch assignments
  • Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables for key career rotation and mobility initiatives

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify internal rotation and mobility opportunities
  • Act as a point of contact for queries from HR and business stakeholders

Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Track participation, internal movements, and programme outcomes
  • Support evaluation of programme effectiveness and continuous improvement opportunities

Change Management & Communication

  • Support communication and engagement plans to raise awareness of the career rotation and mobility programme
  • Prepare employee‑friendly materials such as FAQs, career guides, and briefing decks
