About the Role

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Concierge Apprentice starting septembre 2026.

Key accountabilities: 

 

 

  • Be able to handle check-in and check-out formalities.
  • Keep up to date and inform colleagues of all events taking place inside and outside the hotel (trade fairs, conventions, meetings, trade shows, etc.),
  • Solve occasional problems efficiently and discreetly,
  • Work in close collaboration with all hotel departments, in particular with Reception, Management, Customer Relations and Housekeepers, to ensure perfect communication with the various departments of the establishment in order to respect guests' wishes.

 

 

General Requirements:

 

  • Proficiency in Opera, Hotsos, Go concierge, Micros ...
  • Ability to adapt

  • Great courtesy
  • Good command of English
  • Hotel school diploma, concierge school or equivalent experience
