About the Role

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking an apprentice for the restaurants starting september 2026.

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Set up the dining room and tables
  • Participate in customer service under the supervision of your chef de rang,
  • Ensure that the restaurant's procedures relating to the expected quality of service are applied.
