About the Role

A research‑focused role supporting the investment team through equity and REITs analysis, financial data monitoring, and model updates. The intern will assist with screening mid‑cap names, maintaining trackers, and preparing short research notes and meeting materials.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support Investment team in research and analysis of stocks in the Singapore equities market and Regional REITs
  • Support mid‑cap coverage through screening and monitoring
  • Help update simple financial models and data trackers
  • Assist in preparing short research notes and meeting materials

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidates pursuing Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Able to commit from May - Aug 2026
  • Keen attitude to learn
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Related experience will be beneficial
