About the Role
A technical‑focused internship focusing on automating Excel tools, maintaining accurate and compliant fund documents, and assisting with fund performance and ILP reporting.
The intern will help prepare platform materials, support internal reviews, troubleshoot iFUNDs user issues, and guide financial representatives on system usage. The role also contributes to platform metrics reporting.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Build simple automated Excel tools and ensure data consistency across linked files
  • Keep fund offering documents on the public website updated and compliant
  • Support preparation of fund performance reports and peer comparisons
  • Assist with ILP document drafting, internal reviews, and fund event logistics
  • Coach financial representatives on using the iFUNDs Unit Trust platform and help resolve user issues
  • iFund key metrics reporting

Required Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Able to commit from May - Aug 2026
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of financial products, preferably with some knowledge of Unit Trusts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Power Query, Power Pivot and VBA for automation
  • Familiarity with other data analysis tools or programming languages (e.g., Python) is advantageous
