About the Role

Job Summary

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team with administrative, organizational, and project-based tasks. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, recruiting, and personnel administration. The intern will play a key role in digitizing and organizing HR files while assisting with various HR and recruiting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digitize, organize, and maintain employee records and HR files
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Support recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidates
  • Assist in maintaining HR databases and ensuring data accuracy
  • Support day-to-day HR operations as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles is a plus but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
