About the job

The Engineering Trainee will participate in projects focused on reducing operational backlog in the cost system inputs, taking responsibility for interpreting technical drawings to accurately quantify assembly processes. The execution of these tasks will enable the processing of a high volume of pending part numbers and their weekly assignment, ensuring the availability of data for costing. This will have a strategic impact on the organization by eliminating current bottlenecks.

Your tasks

  • Verify standard times against actual production times.
  • Establish manufacturing/assembly times for new products based on technical documentation.
  • Support the review and interpretation of technical drawings.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, safety, and engineering teams.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication by reporting project progress and analysis of results to the responsible engineer.

Requirements

 

  • Active student with availability to complete a one-year internship.
  • Studying Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word.
  • Intermediate English level.
