About the Role

The Sales Intern will play a key support role in advancing Ascension’s curriculum outreach to Catholic schools and dioceses. This intern will assist in tracking engagement and flagging high-interest leads, while helping to prepare sales collateral. They will regularly organize sales activity reports and review key sales metrics. The intern will also help customize school, parish, and diocese-specific sales decks, as well as other marketing and conference assets and collateral. In addition, they’ll maintain a shared resource library for the team, contribute to the development of training FAQs for new staff, and assist in coordinating plans for pilot programs with test schools or parishes.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Track engagement activity (opens, clicks, downloads) for email campaigns and flag hot leads.
  • Help prepare email sequences, call scripts, or templated outreach materials.
  • Pull and organize sales activity reports or pipeline snapshots from HubSpot.
  • Assist in reviewing sales KPIs weekly/monthly (conversion rates, outreach metrics, adoption wins).
  • Help customize or prep diocesan and school/parish-specific sales decks, one-pagers, and presentations.
  • Create event materials for upcoming conferences (e.g., signage, packets, lead capture forms).
  • Support marketing follow-up efforts (e.g., email drafts, handouts, testimonial prep).
  • Maintain a shared resource folder with up-to-date materials for quick access by the team.
  • Help build a training playbook or FAQs sheet for new sales team members or reps.
  • Assist in organizing plans for test schools/parishes
