Role Overview:

Join the Quality Assurance team within Veranova for a dynamic summer internship focused on QA document systems. Our program consists of a 10–12-week internship at our West Deptford, NJ location.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support accurate document linkage and organization within the document control system.
  • Research regulatory and procedural requirements to assist in the development of a compliant true-copy document archiving process.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Safety and Quality Day activities.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a structured system for tracking and managing data storage.

Qualifications

  • Working towards a BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related field
  • Minimum Overall GPA of 2.7 required
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a true career aspiration to be a leader
  • Must be adaptable, strive for excellence, and demonstrate a positive attitude in the face of adversity
  • Strong interpersonal skills a must, coupled with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships to achieve results
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills essential
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US


Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hour
