This internship is designed to play a pivotal role in supporting this ambition, ensuring that actionable insights are translated into measurable results.</p><p style=" text-align:justify;line-height:15.0pt;"><strong>Main Objective</strong></p><p style=" text-align:justify;line-height:15.0pt;">To contribute directly to the company’s green transition by identifying, evaluating, and implementing energy-saving initiatives that deliver tangible reductions in consumption and support our sustainability goals.</p><p style=" text-align:justify;line-height:15.0pt;"><strong>Key Activities and Resources</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style=" text-align:justify;line-height:15.0pt;"><strong>Analyse Current Energy Use:</strong> Conduct in-depth studies of energy consumption patterns in our factories, with a focus on uncovering inefficiencies and benchmarking against best-in-class standards.</li><li style=" text-align:justify;line-height:15.0pt;"><strong>Identify Savings Levers:</strong> Pinpoint high-impact areas and processes where energy savings can be realised, using data-driven analysis and innovative thinking.</li><li style=" text-align:justify;line-height:15.0pt;"><strong>Feasibility and ROI Assessment:</strong> Evaluate the technical and financial viability of proposed solutions, including budget estimation and return on investment calculations.</li><li style=" text-align:justify;line-height:15.0pt;"><strong>Action and Implementation:</strong> Support the deployment of approved solutions, ensuring that recommendations are not only theoretical but are put into practice and tracked for effectiveness.</li><li style=" text-align:justify;line-height:15.0pt;"><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:</strong> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of energy awareness and ensure alignment with broader QHSE and sustainability objectives.</li></ul><div><br></div><p style=" text-align:justify;line-height:15.0pt;"><strong>Qualification Requirements</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style=" text-align:justify;line-height:15.0pt;">3rd or 4th year university students (energy management or engineering), or recent graduates.</li><li style=" text-align:justify;line-height:15.0pt;">Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.</li><li style=" text-align:justify;line-height:15.0pt;">Proficiency in English communication.</li></ul>
