About the Role
<p style="vertical-align:baseline;"><strong><u>Professional Objectives</u></strong> Develop skills in technical documentation, design, visualization, and AI-based knowledge management while contributing to process improvements and digital transformation within the engineering function.<br><br><strong><u>Main objective 1</u></strong>: Update and improve assembly instructions for CRP products to ensure consistency and clarity.</p><p style="vertical-align:baseline;">- Review existing assembly instructions for CRP products.</p><p style="vertical-align:baseline;">- Identify inconsistencies and gaps in documentation.</p><p style="vertical-align:baseline;">- Create improved visualizations (e.g., diagrams, annotated images) using appropriate tools.</p><p style="vertical-align:baseline;"><br></p><p style="vertical-align:baseline;"><strong><u>Main objective 2</u></strong>: Support the development of an AI agent for technical inquiries related to product performance, compliance, and bar end preparation.</p><p style="vertical-align:baseline;">- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to identify and collect relevant technical documents.</p><p style="vertical-align:baseline;">- Tag documents with appropriate metadata for AI training.</p><p style="vertical-align:baseline;">- Organize documents into designated folders for structured access.</p><p style="margin-left:.5in;text-indent:-.25in; vertical-align:baseline;">Assist in initial configuration and testing of the AI agent.</p><p style="vertical-align:baseline;"><br></p><p style="vertical-align:baseline;"><strong>Duties include</strong>:&nbsp;</p><p style="vertical-align:baseline;">- Updating and visualizing assembly instructions for CRP products.</p><p style="vertical-align:baseline;">- Document tagging and folder structuring for AI readiness.</p><p style="vertical-align:baseline;">- Assisting in AI agent preparation and testing.</p><p style="vertical-align:baseline;">- Regular reporting of progress to the Engineering Manager.</p><p style="vertical-align:baseline;">- Support the Engineering team in design validation by calculation or simulation</p><p style="vertical-align:baseline;">- Support the Product Performance with technical customer inquiries</p><p style="vertical-align:baseline;"><br></p><p style=" text-align:justify;line-height:15.0pt;"><strong>Qualification Requirements</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li style=" text-align:justify;line-height:15.0pt;">3rd or 4th year university students (mechanical engineering or related field), or recent graduates.</li><li style=" text-align:justify;line-height:15.0pt;">Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.</li><li style=" text-align:justify;line-height:15.0pt;">Proficiency in English communication.</li></ul>
