This internship offers hands-on experience and an opportunity to learn about training and development. As an intern you will gain exposure in how to support the organization through learning and development and will develop skills in design training, organizational development and learning assessments. </p><p> </p><p>The Business Transitions Division is responsible for Support, develop and strengthen our organization through the creation of training materials and communications.</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><u><b>Key Accountabilities</b></u></H2> </div><div><p>Some key responsibilities and/or projects will include but not limited to</p><p> </p><ul><li>Draft, proofread, and edit corporate communications</li><li>Collaborate with staff members in creation of training materials</li><li>Provide recommendations for curriculum designs</li><li>Create graphic design/PowerPoint presentations</li><li>Support/administrative tasks for learning events</li></ul></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em; margin: 0px'><u><b>Qualifications, Experience, and Skills</b></u></H2> </div><div><p>We are looking for inspiring students with diverse backgrounds and experiences, open minds, and a disciplined work ethic.
