In brand management at PwC, you will focus on developing and implementing strategies to enhance and protect the company's brand image. You will manage brand campaigns, conduct market research, and confirm consistency across all channels.
As an Electronic Direct Mail Intern at PwC Indonesia, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering impactful email marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and drive customer engagement. You will gain hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize email strategies and enhance our customer outreach efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
Assist with day-to-day SFMC operations (Email Studio, Journey Builder, etc.)
Help build, test, and schedule email campaigns and journeys.
Support data-related tasks: imports, segmentation, audience lists, and basic reporting.
Perform quality checks and help troubleshoot issues in campaigns.
Document processes and support general marketing operations as needed.
Requirements:
Currently studying IS/IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, or other relevant disciplines with a strong interest in marketing technology and data.
Experience in Salesforce CRM/Marketing cloud and consent management is an advantage.
Comfortable working with data (Excel/Google Sheets, CSV files).
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn SFMC tools.
Proficient in English.
Good communication skills and ability to follow processes and deadlines.
