The dedicated Insurance team was launched in 2020 and is growing rapidly to support the many needs of its customers.</p> <p>For more information: www.alphafmc.com</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>2</strong>. <strong>The missions and environment we offer</strong></p> <p>Based in Paris (travel to Europe possible), you will carry out consulting missions or manage projects for prestigious clients, leaders of the Insurance market in its multiple components: Life insurers, Non-Life insurers, bank insurers, reinsurers, brokers, mutuals.</p> <p>The projects that you will be required to lead relate to the following majors:</p> <ul> <li>Support for Financial Departments in the transformation of their Operating Model (evolution of organizations, processes, tools)</li> <li>Digital transformation</li> <li>Normative compliance and risks</li> <li>ESG Finance</li> <li>Data Strategy</li> <li>Support for Mergers/Acquisitions</li> <li>Innovation and IT Strategy</li> <li>Change management</li> </ul> <p>By joining us, you will be part of a dynamic and growing team . The profile we are looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You have experience (e.g : an internship) within a consulting or audit/financial services firm, within an Insurtech or with a major Insurance player</li> <li>You have recognized expertise on one or more of the following subjects: Finance, IT strategy, ESG - Sustainable Finance, Actuarial science, Data management, Innovation.</li> <li>You are passionate and you want to invest in the Insurance sector</li> <li>You enjoy working in a team and demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial spirit</li> <li>You are proactive and have a very good analytical and synthesis spirit and a very strong ability to manage priorities</li> <li>You speak English and French at a C1+ level (speaking and written)</li> <li>Excellent command of the Office pack is necessary</li> <li>Right to work in France and ability to be based in Paris</li> </ul> <p>The position available now.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>4. Compensation and Benefits</strong><br>We have a very attractive remuneration policy and you are interested in the profits from the moment you join the firm.
