Stellenbeschreibung

Du möchtest Theorie und Praxis miteinander verbinden und erste Erfahrungen im Controlling sammeln? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!
Während deines Praktikums erhältst du die Möglichkeit, aktiv das Business Unit Controlling kennenzulernen und wertvolle Einblicke in den Produktbereich Scheibenwischer zu gewinnen.

  • Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich präzise Analysen und fundierte Entscheidungsvorlagen, die unser Controlling-Team und das Management bei strategischen Weichenstellungen unterstützen.
  • Des Weiteren unterstützt du aktiv bei der Durchführung zentraler Controllingprozesse, wie dem Monatsabschluss, dem Forecasting und der Wirtschaftsplanung, und trägst so zur finanziellen Steuerung bei.
  • Du analysierst und visualisierst Daten strukturiert, um unsere internen Berichtsformate und Dashboards kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und die Informationsbasis zu verbessern.
  • Nicht zuletzt pflegst du einen aktiven Austausch mit unserer internationalen Controlling-Community, um die Zusammenarbeit zu fördern und Best Practices zu teilen.

Qualifikationen

  • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel und PowerPoint), Power BI Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: engagierter, proaktiver Mensch, der selbstständig vorgeht
  • Begeisterung: hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Sprachen: verhandlungssicheres Englisch und gutes Deutsch

Beginn: ab April 2026
Dauer: 6 Monate
