About the Role

En intégrant notre équipe, vous participerez à la belle aventure Lotus Bakeries.


En tant que stagiaire ingénieur(e) amélioration continue, vous contribuerez à l'optimisation des performances de l'usine. Vous serez en support de l'équipe composée d'un responsable production et de trois chefs d'équipe.

 

Vos missions principales seront :

  • Assister l’équipe encadrement production dans la gestion quotidienne (analyses, communication, suivi des rendements).
  • Mettre à jour les checklists d'audits 5S, organiser et suivre leur réalisation, impliquer les équipes via le logiciel Carenet.
  • Définir une méthodologie d'analyse des dysfonctionnements (pannes, arrêts, déchets), former et accompagner les équipes dans l’analyse des causes racines.
  • Animer des groupes de travail sur des projets d’amélioration (production, process, ergonomie, organisation).
  • Contribuer à la gestion du système de formation interne : rédaction et mise à jour des standards, formation du personnel.
  • Vous êtes étudiant (e) en Ecole d’ingénieur agro ou Université avec une spécialisation en production.
  • Vous recherchez un stage de fin d’études ou êtes en année de césure.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) et avez un bon niveau d’anglais.
  • Une connaissance du logiciel SAP serait un plus.
  • Vous aimez la gestion de projet et le travail sur le terrain. Vous avez un bon esprit d’analyse.
  • Autonome, ponctuel et dynamique, vous aimez également travailler en équipe.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
