Our Engineering internship opportunity will build your technical expertise in a variety of business applications. You’ll work with innovative technologies and learn from some of the best Engineering leaders in the business. Throughout your assignments, you’ll collaborate with team members, customers, and suppliers to solve business problems. Examples of developmental work assignments:

  • Design new, and evaluate existing products, processes, and/or systems
  • Participate in operational process improvement initiatives that impact key performance indicators
  • Work on cross functional project teams with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Operations

 

Location of position: Jackson, MN 

 

Requirements for Consideration:

  • Successful candidates should possess the following:
  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering. 
  • Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader in the engineering function
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Related work or internship experience and results oriented through initiative, ownership, and accountability
  • Effective communication and writing skills
  • Applicants must have unrestricted US work authorization (forms of CPT and PT are restricted work authorization)
