Where You’ll Work

This position will support the Social Media Center of Excellence and ill work with team members to support the creation of compelling social media content, managing and engaging on social platforms, conducting social advertising campaigns, monitoring feeds, and social media analytics reports.

What You’ll Do

  • Helping to create research and content assets and supporting materials to executive social media campaigns

  • Monitor day-to-day content on social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more)

  • Perform social media metrics analysis and reporting

  • Develop paid social advertising plans and social strategies with advertising execution

 Qualifications

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a focus in marketing, business, communications or a related field. Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.

  • Previous experience in social media and basic social content design

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong business aptitude and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Emerging leadership skills demonstrated through students organizations, academic products, or community involvement

  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Adobe Creative Cloud products such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is a plus

  • Self-starter who is eager to learn and acquire new skills
