Reporting to the Service Delivery Senior Manager, as an intern, you will work closely with the IT Global Service Management team to support daytoday Service Desk operations, help address operational and processrelated issues, and contribute to ongoing process development and optimization initiatives. You will play an important role in the smooth transition to new BMC Helix AI capabilities and in the onboarding of a new Service Desk partner.
Ideally, you bring a background in Service Management, Analytics, and AI, enabling you to contribute to reporting, automation opportunities, and AIdriven process enhancements. You will be adding significant value by improving operational efficiency and supporting the longterm evolution of the Service Desk.
The Internship Program will begin on May 11th and end August 14th, 2025.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER...
Contribute to the implementation and validation of AI-driven use cases within BMC Helix. Assist in testing, documenting, and refining AI workflows to enhance Service Desk automation and user experience.
Provide operational support to the Service Desk team and help resolve daytoday process or workflow issues. Identify improvement opportunities and assist in addressing operational bottlenecks.
Contribute to Asset Management tasks, including CMDB data audits and quality checks. Support updates, verification, and alignment of configuration items to ensure accurate and reliable data.
Assist in building, maintaining, and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports. Analyze data trends and provide insights to support decisionmaking and continuous improvement initiatives.
YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU...
In progress for Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or a quantitative major
Strong quantitative analysis experience and high attention to detail; ability to analyze reports, diagnose opportunities, develop recommendations, and drive follow ups
Knowledge of common ITSM processes, tools, and best practices would be an asset
knowledge and experience using BI reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI,), Excel, programming, and ITSM platform like BMC Remedy and data management skills
As part of their duties, the position holder will be required to communicate and collaborate in English and French, both orally and in writing, with colleagues or other stakeholders located in Québec, elsewhere in Canada, or across North America
Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
